What type of socks do you sell?

Our colorful mid-calf socks are made with a majority of natural fabrics – 80% Combed Cotton, 17% Polyamide and 3% Elastane. This means that the socks are suitable for any season and that they will fit comfortably while still letting your feet breathe. The reinforced heel and toe offer extra durability, while the elastic cuff ensures that the socks won’t slip. We use longer threads in our patterns and stripes to protect the longevity of the designs. All Shosett socks are made in Romania on Italian Lonati machines and with the finest materials available.

How can I best care for my socks?

While our socks are made with the highest quality materials available, they still need to be treated with love and care if you want to enjoy them for a long time. To extend the lifetime of your socks and get the most out of them we recommend you wash them with similar colors, inside down and in cool water (not higher than 40°). Avoid bleaching, ironing or tumble drying.

How do I choose the right size for my socks?

All Shosett socks are unisex and come in two sizes. The table below shows the measurements of the socks and their corresponding sizes using EU, UK , US and Japanese scales.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders of €/£ 30 or above. For all orders under that amount we charge a flat rate of €/£ 2.

Please note that during sales, events and holiday seasons delivery times can be longer than those stated in the table.

What countries do you deliver to?

At the moment we only deliver to countries within Europe. We are working hard to expand our logistics network and send our socks across the globe. If you are subscribed to our mailing list we will let you know whenever we are able to ship to new countries.

What should I do if you don’t ship to my country?

You can contact us by email or on social media. We’re always happy to hear from our fans and it makes us work extra hard on making our products available in more countries. If you subscribe to our newsletter we will let you know when we start shipping to new countries.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange the socks that I’ve bought?

You can return your Shosett socks for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving them. The products that you want to return must be unused, with the label and packaging intact. As soon as we receive your package we will process the return and exchange your product or issue a refund. We do not reimburse original or return shipping costs. Please note that we are not liable for any products lost during return shipping.

How do I return or exchange a product?

Please contact us and state your name, your order ID, the products that you wish to return, if you want a refund or an exchange and the reason why. You must then send the items in the original packaging (if applicable) and with the labels intact to the address given by our support team. Please note that we can only offer exchanges for products of equal or lesser value. When returning a product, you must cover the shipping charges yourself. As soon as we receive your package we will process your request and send you a confirmation email.

Payments & Currencies

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept PayPal and debit/credit cards through PayPal. If you want to pay by credit card you do not need a PayPal account. Simply click on ‘Proceed to PayPal’ on the checkout page and click ‘Pay with Debit or Credit Card’ at the bottom of the next page . We are working on adding more local payment methods such as Cartes Bancaires, iDeal, Giropay, Payshop, Qiwi and SEPA Direct Debit in the near future.

Which currencies  can I pay in?

We accept payments in Euro (€) and British Pound (£). To change the currency displayed on the website, scroll to the bottom of the page and select your desired currency from the drop-down menu above the logo. Keep in mind that you will be billed in the selected currency.

For bulk orders (over 50 pairs) we can offer special discounts as well as invoice as payment method. You can contact us by emailing sales@shosett.com. Please provide as much information as possible (company name, purpose of bulk order, designs and sizes you want, etc.).
